About spinster Voom
I was born in Second Life on February 9th 2007.
In RL, I am Annie Spinster, a digital artist and writer, whose work can be seen here (apologies for out of date website - check back over the next few days)
My initial reason for joining Second Life was to research artists who are using it as a medium for creating work, and this period of research has so far yielded rich results.
As well as the art I have found, my Second Life has taken off in a variety of rich and complex ways ... I have formed some strong friendships, begun to develop skills in building and scripting, and become involved in politics and (to my shame) rampant consumerism.
So ... long term, expect a SL blog covering a variety of topics, and avoiding none.
